Where only steel will do. Open back allows it to be locked onto or removed from any location on the rubber rope. Hook capacity is
1 3/16". Made of 3/16" galvanized steel. Use with 3/8" or 7/16" Rubber rope only, not for use with bungee cord. A continous tie down system where you can add hooks when needed.

First and last hooks can be double locked onto rubber rope by looping rope around tounge after setting.
Rope can be stowed in back of hook (see trucker)
